Returns to products purchased online can be made in our store in Glyfada.

 

Order Cancellation – Right of Withdrawal

When can I cancel my order?

a) Before the shipment is completed – Cancellation can be done by sending an e-mail to info@tailornine.gr or by calling 0030 210 8948165, Monday to Friday at opening hours.

b) After receiving the products you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days.

To return a product free of charge, the product must be in the condition it was received without damage & in its original packaging. The products that are returned must be accompanied by all the necessary documents that you received upon receipt.

If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund, you will be refunded within 14 working days of the order cancellation date.

For all cases where you wish to return the product you purchased (change size/colour/design, replace, repair or refund)

In the contact form, type in the subject: Return Request.
Don’t forget to mention your order code.

 

Return Request

Once your request has been reviewed by our staff, you will receive an email notification that the return has been approved and instructions on the shipping method and address.

As soon as we receive your returned products, you will again receive an email to be informed of the final outcome of the request.

If you want to change size/colour/design or replace the product with another, you will need to place a new order with the product you want, after the return is approved. When placing this order, be sure to enter your Return Request number in the relevant field, as if you skip this step, the new product will be sent to you with regular charge (ie the value of the product you are returning will not be taken into account).

For better and faster service, as well as for reasons of organization and reliability, we would recommend you always use this function when returning orders.

Product Changes

If you wish to change the product you purchased – and only if the product has not been used – you must file a Return Request within 7 days from the date you received your order and ship it within 3 days from the date of approval of the Request.

For orders within Greece, all changes have a fee of € 5,00.

For International Orders, the customer makes the return at his own expense and is charged for the return shipment with all the shipping costs (depending on the country).

 

Incorrect Shipment

In case that the product you received does not match the product of your order, you must file a Return Request within 5 days of its arrival day and ship the product back, within 3 days from the date of approval of the Request.

In this case there is no charge to the customer for the replacement.

Defective Products

if a product proves to be defective within 6 months of its sale, we undertake to repair or even replace it with a new one (in case it cannot be repaired), without any charge.

Once you find a defect, you should file a Return Request, so that you receive instructions on the return/replacement/refund process. If the product needs to be replaced and there is no availability, you have the option of replacing it with another of equal value product of your choice, or take a refund of all or part of the products’ value.

The refund amount in the case of used defective products is calculated on the original value, reduced by 10% for each month that has elapsed since the original sale.
